We have experience of fabricating an array of finished machined components across a wide range of industries and applications. Our in-house machining department sits alongside our fabrication and welding capability, enabling us to offer precision engineered components as part of our complete service.

Our 10,000 square feet machining department has state of the art CNC milling machines, lathes, vertical borers and elga mills capable of producing a wide range of high quality machined components accurately and reliably; from smaller items including pins, bushes, wheels and housings through to larger items such as large shafts, gear boxes and bed plates. Our machines are capable of manufacturing components to complement our fabrication products.

To ensure the reliability of the machined components we produce, we have a rigorous quality control system in place that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Our machining staff are highly skilled and have many years of experience working with a variety of materials for a large number of applications.

In addition to machining for our own in house fabricated products and turnkey solutions, we have the capacity to provide machining services for external companies.
